By booking a vehicle through our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle, you enter into a binding agreement with our company. The rental duration, vehicle type, and pricing will be specified in your booking confirmation. Any changes must be approved by us in writing.

2. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal violations incurred during the rental period. Unauthorized use—including racing, off-road driving, or use under the influence—is strictly prohibited.

3. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are delivered in clean and functional condition. Renters must return the vehicle in the same state. Any damage, loss of keys, or excessive wear will result in additional charges.

4. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge based on local fuel rates plus a service fee.

5. Mileage

Mileage limits may apply depending on the rental package. Exceeding the allowed mileage will incur additional fees per kilometer or mile, as specified in your agreement.

6. Late Returns

A grace period of 30 minutes may be allowed. Beyond that, late returns will be charged at the hourly or daily rate depending on the delay. Repeated delays may lead to additional penalties or future rental restrictions.

7. Liability and Insurance

Our vehicles are insured with standard coverage. The renter is liable for any damages not covered by insurance, as well as the applicable excess. Optional additional insurance is available to reduce your liability.

8. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled or modified according to our Cancellation and Modification Policy. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full or partial charges.

9. Privacy and Data

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which the rental is made. Any disputes will be settled under local jurisdiction.
